These Terms apply to all website visitors, registered students, event attendees, and retail customers. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

State Street Clay is a doing-business-as (DBA) name of The Studio at Marblehead Stable LLC. We operate as a pottery and ceramics studio offering classes, workshops, open studio sessions, private events, and retail products. By participating in any class, workshop, open studio session, or other studio activity, you voluntarily acknowledge and assume all such risks. You agree to release, waive, and discharge The Studio at Marblehead Stable LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in studio activities, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
This waiver does not limit liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, State Street Clay and The Studio at Marblehead Stable LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the website or participation in any studio services.
In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid for the specific class, product, or service giving rise to the claim.
