A hands-on clay experience for littles and their grown-up

Join us for a sweet, sensory-filled hour at the pottery wheel designed just for toddlers and their parent (or special adult). This class is all about the experience — spinning clay, getting a little messy, and sharing one-on-one creative time together.

Each parent-child pair will:

Sit together at the pottery wheel

Feel the magic of spinning clay

Shape and squish clay with guided assistance

Create a small keepsake from your session

Our instructors will help guide the wheel while your little one explores the texture, movement, and joy of clay. Expect messy hands, lots of laughter, and a memory you’ll talk about long after the clay is gone.

This is not a technical wheel class — it’s a bonding experience.

Ages: Recommended for toddlers 2–5
Length: 1 hour
What to wear: Clothes you don’t mind getting messy
Finished piece: We’ll smooth and glaze one small keepsake for you to pick up in approximately 3 weeks.

Embark on a two-week wheel throwing adventure tailored for teens aged 12 to 17. Our Summer Series Sessions, held Tuesday and Thursday for two weeks from 1PM to 3PM, offers an immersive experience in wheel throwing.

Drop off your teen for an engaging, safe, and dynamic wheel lesson where they'll delve into the world of pottery under the guidance of our skilled instructors. Beginning with the fundamentals of wheel throwing, participants will progress to explore exciting techniques to enhance their creations. Course fees cover all necessary materials, glazing, and firing processes.

This course is designed for continuous improvement, allowing participants to revisit and refine their skills. Fired clay pieces will be ready for collection approximately two weeks after the course concludes. This class can be retaken to strengthen skills.  

There will be 3 sessions

Session 1: July 7, 9, 14, 16

Session 2: July 21, 23, 28, 30

Session 3: Aug 4, 6, 11, 13

Kids Clay Animal Snack Plate Workshop

Let’s get wild with clay! In this hands-on workshop, kids will hand-build and glaze their very own animal-themed snack plate from wet clay—all in the same session! Our resident clay artist will guide them step-by-step to shape, decorate, and paint their plate with colorful glazes.

🎨 Finished plates will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup in about 2 weeks.

👶 Ages 8 and under will need a helpful adult by their side during class.

Kids Clay Taco Fish Workshop
$40 per artist

Let’s taco ‘bout clay fun! In this one-day workshop, kids will create and glaze their own adorable Taco Fish from wet clay! Our resident clay artist will guide them step-by-step through building their fish and painting it with vibrant glaze colors the same day.

🎨 Finished pieces will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup in about 2 weeks.

👩‍👧 Kids under 8 will need a grown-up to lend a hand during class.

Kids Clay Mug Workshop

Let’s make something mug-nificent! ☕✨ In this hands-on workshop, kids will create their very own stoneware mug from clay using fun stamps and tools to add personality and texture. Once their masterpiece is complete, they’ll glaze their pieces, and our team will handle the rest!

Their finished mugs will be:
✅ Food safe
✅ Dishwasher safe
✅ Microwave safe
✅ Oven safe

Due to drying time and two kiln firings, mugs will be ready for pickup in about 3 weeks.
